Why is the server down so often? Empty Why is the server down so often?

I don't wanna sound like a bitch, but it seems that whenever I try to log on into the server it comes up with the same old message; "Error Connecting to Server", Is it just me not being sensitive or what? Like is there anything that can be done to solve this..?
What does everyone feel about this?
